Hygiene: Sterile workflow with a 3-step protocol (medical-grade disinfection → ultrasonic bath → sealed autoclavepouches). Single-use abrasives and liners; tools are opened in front of you. Training: Technicians complete a rigorous foundational program (nail anatomy, sanitation, e-file safety) and attend bi-weekly upskilling (2×/month).
